Where We Ship

Skin Harbor ships to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes for fragrance orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Fragrances

Fragrances contain alcohol and are shipped by ground service in line with carrier rules, so they may take a little longer to arrive.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us at hello@skinharbor.net with your order number and we'll help right away.
